Using an axlebar, dip your legs slightly and drive hard with your arms as your hip extend to push the bar overhead.

With the bar on your back, sit to a box that is at parallel height easily – do not sit down hard.
Step inside the trapbar, get your hands in the middle of the bar and pick it up. Bring the bar back down
Perform a Deadlift, Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press back to back without stopping.
Practice the J-Hook from a hanging position while hanging on a stable object.
