Barbell Kneeling Rollout Clean and Press
Perform a Barbell Rollout, followed by a Kneeling clean and press.
Perform a Barbell Rollout, followed by a Kneeling clean and press.
Load a sandbag, pivot at the top and place on top of the box. Then bring controlled back to the ground.
Lay on your back and pull the kettlebell/db/plate to you. Don’t smash your head.
Practice foot positioning while hanging on a rope.
Practice developing the core and grip strength on the climb portion of the rope climb.
