KB/DB Burpees
Perform a Burpee but with KB/DB – no jumping just stand up!
Perform a Burpee but with KB/DB – no jumping just stand up!
Almost like a cheat curl – drive your hips and use little to no arms to bring to shoulders.
Perform Overhead Presses, but 1 arm at a time alternating.
Laying on your back with your hands by your side or under you butt and chin to chest, move up and down
Perform a glute bridge, then bring one leg up and drop it to the side. Bring it back up – don’t fall.
