Jump from the floor with two feet and land on a box with two feet.

With a box, step up sideways with both feet then down with both feet
With a box, step up with both feet then down with both feet
With your feet on the floor for assistance, perform a muscle up.
On the rings, perform a pushup. At the bottom of the pushup, slide one hand out sideways and back.
