Today is the day… well rather a few days ago. I am TIRED of letting the Covid Biz stress get to me. I was so much better before. Tomorrow 2/5 I make the change.

PM – Lift/10min Conditioning

Tues
AM – Rest
PM – Lift/10min Conditioning
PM – Hard Conditioning

Wed
AM – Steady Cardio
PM – 10min Conditioning
PM – Skill Work

Thur
AM – Steady Cardio
PM – Lift/10min Conditioning
PM – Hard Conditioning

Fri
AM – 6.15 Class
PM – Lift // Hike with dogs

Sat
Trail Run

Sun
Swim & Yoga
