Holding the bottom of a SLDL, perform DB Rows.
Holding the bottom of a SLDL, perform DB Rows.
Holding two weights overhead, jump out like a jumping jack, and as you come back in, press them overhead.
Squat then press a weight away from you at the bottom of the lift.
Moving Sideways one foot at a time. Bounding exercise!
Perform high knees, then drop into a squat.
