With a hand on a box, drive your elbow hard and catch the DB overhead.

Perform the normal wallball, then immediatly a chest pass to the wall.
On one leg, hinge over. Your opposite arm is holding the KB.
With 2 KB, either between your legs in sumo or outside in conventional, tap both KB to floor and stand back up.
With a KB between your legs, hinge over and tap the floor with the KB.
