Holding a glute bridge, march in place while holding a plate overhead.

Holding a weight in front of you with arms extended – move slowly into the bottom of a squat position.
Squat, grab a cone, jump & turn 180 in the air, land and place cone.
Using cones for guidance – perform lateral high knees between cones.
Run forward and back pedal between cones.
