Holding one weight in the frontrack position and the other by your side, walk.

With knees on the floor, grasp the rings as if doing a pushup. KeepĀ your core tight and fall out.
Spread your legs wide – perform deep lateral lunges without moving your feet. Never stand up and stay as low as possible.
On a bench – holding 1 DB, perform a 1 arm DB Bench Press.
