TIFFANIE GREENE
Tiffanie has made so much progress since joining! Her bright and uplifting manor helps so many around her. Thank you Tiffanie for being awesome! We all love what you do for us and can't wait to see what your fitness future has in store for you!

1. What got you interested in fitness?
Fitness has always been a part of life for me; starting in my early childhood with basketball and soccer. I developed a passion for soccer and played on a travel team, high school team and then competed at the collegiate level.

2. How do you find/make time to get your workouts in?
I make it a priority - I am blessed with a supportive family that enables me to focus on my fitness journey. An advantage with BSP is the class schedule variations, it is really hard to not find a class that fits your schedule.

3. Do you have a/any tip(s) for newer people who are just getting into workouts?
Take baby steps - set reasonable progress goals for yourself - don't compare yourself to other BSP members. Once you start I promise you won't look back (even the days that the workouts are challenging it is still worth while)!

4. What is your current workout routine?
Currently, I workout 6 days at BSP ( 3 TCs, 1 Hiit, 1 Bootcamp, 1 Fundamentals) in addition, I enjoy running (honk or wave if you see me running around Purceville).

5. What is your favorite part of fitness? Your least favorite?
My favorite part of fitness is how good and energized I feel at the end of a workout!

6. What is your next/current fitness goal?
My ongoing fitness goal is to continue to improve my strength and conditioning - I want to be better than I was yesterday. I appreciate all the staff at BSP for the ongoing encouragement and motivation.

7. How has Burr Strength and Performance helped you on your fitness Journey?
BSP has helped me tremendously with my fitness journey specifically in the areas of education, mind set and accountability.

8. What is your favorite class you take?
My favorite class is Training Camp. I love the uniqueness of the program and I get to workout with my oldest daughter.

9. Anything else you wish to share?
I cannot thank Joey, the BSP staff and the BSP members enough for the ongoing support and motivation. When you love coming to BSP to workout because of the people and the environment it makes the hard work seem easier and more fun!
