EMOTM10: 15 Deep Jump Squats (get low!)

STRENGTH

5 Sets of 5 Each (Pushup, Mountain Climbers, Burps, Jump Squats) . 2m Rest between each set.

Ie do all your pushups, then your climbers… and so on then rest. Do 4 more times.
