5 Rounds of 25y Sled Push, Run back to start and then back to sled, push another 25, run back to start, then back to sled (4x total then rest – so you push the sled a total of 100y)

STRENGTH

3 Sets 15 Max Effort Pushups (make them as hard as possible).

8 Sets 6-10 Pullups.
