A quick refresher on 101, RX and + Conditioning

With vacation and all that fun stuff, some people missed the last update on the 3 different types of conditioning we are now offering.

All are very valid workouts – we just have members of all skill and limitations who participate. We needed to adjust for this, so these are our conditioning formats.

101

Geared towards new members with little to no experience, those with limitations and those who do Training Camp LITE. The movements are slightly less complex, less reps overall and a shorter duration. Our goal is to keep you here for 2-6 weeks before advancing you up to RX.

RX
Geared toward what 90% of our gym members can perform – this is our Official Conditioning of the Day that all the Bootcamps and Training Camps will perform. Some of the workouts are serious ass kickers. Others not so much. Regardless, they are fantastic and designed to challenge you physically, mentally as well as push your movement skills.

+
We do have some members who want an extra challenge on the weights and skills. These workouts are almost exactly like the RX, except they MAY have: More reps, conditional items, skill related movements (double unders ,muscle ups, etc). They WILL have prescribed weights that are required. If you cannot handle the weight safely, Joey will not let you use said weight and regress you to RX. These workouts are designed to push the envelope a little further. You cannot modify the weights or movements – it must be done exactly how it is designed to be done.
