then between rounds complete 10 -10yd sled pushes
next complete 20 reps of exercise 1 and 20 reps of exercise 2 then complete sled pushes
next round complete 1,2,3 etc.
1- pushups
2- squat jumps
3- overhead triceps
4- jumping high kicks (per leg)
5- bicep curls
6- jumping jacks
7- lateral raises
8- shoulder press
9- bicycle crunch (per side)
10- weighted glute raises
