We want to take a moment and highlight a member every two weeks who pushes as best as they can at the gym, leads a positive life to those around them, and to those who always go the extra mile.
CASEY JONES
Casey was chosen for quite a few reasons. The first is his tenacity to perform (most of the time) the hardest level of conditioning even if it slows him down – he is a bad as mother $#%#&% — and i respect that. He is not here to have the best score – he his here for himself and I admire that beyond what I can speak. He has shown up through his bicep tendonitis and worked around it and through it when he could. Several months back he had a goal. a 200# bench press before 2019. He will get it with the remaining 16 days. I believe, per our conversation, on the 29th or 30th he will be maxing out. He will get it. Casey – keep it up. Stick to your guns, do what you can and continue to punish yourself… within reason (the last being a HUGE trait I admire).
