Medium — :30s Work, :15s Rest
Hard — :45s Work, :15s Rest
Go through all the exercises as many times as you can/want! If a single sided exercise, repeat the round on the other side! Take :30 – :60s between rounds!

- SLDL with DB Rows
- Mod: Both Legs on Ground
- Split Squat with DB Overhead Press
- Mod: Both Legs on Ground and Overhead Press
- DB Power Jacks
- Mod: Ditch the Dumbbell
- DB Squat and Press Out
- Mod: Press out at the top of the Squat
- DB Renegade Rows
- Mod: Drop to your knees for the pushups
