I am numb – as most of us are. This is a scary time. But we are all stronger than this. We will overcome. I believe in each of you to do that. It is your duty. Be strong. Help others.

As ordered by the Governor – non essential businesses is to close – including fitness facilities. We will continue to operate online only for the time being and resume in-person training when we are allowed.

We are loaning out equipment to members to work out at home. We don’t have much and need to make sure it stretches across all members. We are loaning basically everything we have. I am planning on ordering more sandbags and kettlebells ASAP.

We will continue to do all of our live workouts using both ZOOM and Facebook Live!

• Zoom will be done DAILY at 8am 7 Days Per week – CLICK HERE for that link.
• Facebook Live will be done at the same time and posted for others to see.
• We will also be posting video recording of the workout on our website – should be ready by noon daily and it will be available at anytime.
• We will have some specialty workouts going out randomly as well – check facebook for that and I will send out weekly emails on those.
