>>>> Training Camp Logs <<<<<
This is the main reason i am making this post – if you attend training camp, you need to access your logs via pinnacle on your phone. Those who are doing so have an extra 10m most of the time and can start working on their personal goals.
Starting next week, you are required to have your phone to access the content when you train. If you have a broken phone/can’t bring your phone in, you can access it via the computer.
It is YOUR responsibility to log your weights so on Wednesday nights I can review everyones logs and put the recommended weights in.
What if you don’t put weights in? Well there will be zero recommended weights and you might have to wait for me to get everyone squared away before I can even get to your weights – as it can take me up to 3m to figure out how much weight for you to use per set – not fair to those who have followed the instructions.
Please help me and take 2m to login and set that up. Your training will be much better – results will flow.
How Do I access my logs?
1. Login
1. Login
2. On the Pinnacle Page, Scroll down to see the picture that says training camp logs OR click here.
3. Find your name. Click it. If you don’t have access, it will request it. I will approve it.
4. Download Google Sheets – usually it will ask if you you would like to download it. This will allow you to edit it via your phone.

>>>> Standard Classes I Teach <<<<<
Be ready for some learning at the start of class — re; Midline Stability for the next week or two.
>>>> Training Camp Peoples <<<<<
We have a new set-up for starting class (we officially start class on conditioning, but some enjoy lifting first)
If you show up 5-10 early, there is an early bird warm-up. It is our foam rolling, roll overs, etc. There are 2 new movements, i will teach those as you come in.
If you show up right on time, you do not have the time to do that early bird warm-up. We will jump straight into a 2-5m learning period on our topic of the week/2 weeks – Currently it is Midline Stability.
Right after, we go over new/complicated movements for conditioning for several minutes.
With the remaining 20m, you sweat, a lot. Then we lift.
If you do lifting first, only the early bird warm-up is thrown in. The rest will be covered when you condition.
