B – CONDITION (Last 1/3 of Class)
Bike, Row and Abmat/Pushup – you will have 45s at each station with a team and 15s to rotate.
You 3 will share a bike, rower and floor space. Each calorie is 1 point for both row and bike, 1 cycle through the abmat/pushup station is 3 points. Do not reset your calories.
The winning team throughout the entire day each wins a fitaid. Random teams – not picked. If 1 or 2 people for a team, add it up as if there was another based on your avg (so if 2 people and total points for rowing was 100, add 50… 50 per person).
