Today is a fun one! This is one of our functional heavy workouts – be ready to do some awkward movements under load! RX is tough as is… + looks rough. Some things to consider:
1. Drive your hips and roll the bag/ball up chest as you load.
2. Deadlift those KB either Sumo or Conventional!
3. Pushups will challenge your core – 10 reps isn’t bad, everyone can do them!
4. The standing to kneeling will be tough with that MB overhead. Be ready!
