Work quickly through the 21/15/9 and carries to allow as much time as possible to recover and establish a 3RM on the Double KB Clean and Push Press.
– Keep off your knees as much as possible during the pushups to really push it.
– Use your arms during box jumps.
– Drop those hips during MB Slams.
– Carries are 20m at a time with a set down and turn (4 turns, 5 lengths)
