This is the first time we are bringing back the combat style conditioning in a while! This will only be offered on Saturday Mornings! Have some anger issues against me? Come on in, you get to actually kick/hit/knee me! 

The whole concept behind this style of training is to have a consistent pace of low skill movements followed by a short interval of you working your ass off. 

RX CONDITIONING (COMBAT)

15m AMRAP
Perform the circuit, when the coach reaches you, you must perform the combination circuit on him. You will be on the coach for :30s.

15 KB Swings
10 Box Jumps
15 MB Slams
10 Walking Pushups

When Coach calls you, you have :30s of:
2x Functional Sandbag Cleans
6x Heel Strikes




101 CONDITIONING

Tabata – Complete each exercise before moving to the next. 8 Rounds of 20s Work, 10s rest each. 1m rest between each exercise.

Ab Mats
MB Slams
Pushups
