This one is a tough one! It will test your mental fortitude on those wall balls! We will be watching your from closely on those wall balls – they need to hit parallel or below. Boxes and more wall balls will be out to ensure depth! As a suggestion – pick a fixed number for the wall balls and simply make a circuit out of the 4 exercises. Do not redline the wallballs – it will gas you and leave you resting way to long. Push it but do not go too far! As for the toes to bar, mods are knees to elbows or leg raises. Pushups we all should be on our toes by now unless you are just joining us. Pistol Squats you may use rings for support as an adaption, using a plate to elevate is Okay for now for RX.

18m Time Limit – AMRAP WALLBALLS
Anytime you break (I.e. needs to be caught then immediately squat and thrown) you have a penalty.
In any order:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Pushups
15 Alt Pistol Squats
