B – CONDITION (Last 1/3 of Class)

AMRAP
30s bike
30s weighted plank (cap45).
Then 3 rounds of
7 goblet squat (cap53)(cap35)
7 barbell inverted row

Rest as long as you need, then repeat the workout but with 20s bike. then again with a 10s bike. if you get this far, start back at 30s and continue the process.
