In those 6 weeks &ndash; he has shown me heart, determination and the general idea of not giving a f*** what age\/level means. This guy pushes it. I have yet to hear him complain, whimp out or show weakness. This guy is bad. In the few weeks I have known this man, he has personally re-ignited my flame to push it hard. Terence &ndash; keep being a bad ass. You inspire many.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. What got you interested in fitness?<br>\n<\/strong>I recently turned 50 years old i wanted to challenge myself. I researched a lot of gyms in the area and Burr Fitness seemed like a perfect fit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. How do you find\/make time to get your workouts in?<\/strong><br>\nI am a morning person so I try to go as early as possible on weekends and at least twice in the evenings during work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Do you have a\/any tip(s) for newer people who are just getting into workouts?<\/strong><br>\nDont compare yourself to how much or how fast others are doing workouts. Push yourself and the results will come.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. What is your current workout routine?<\/strong><br>\nI am doing PM training camps 2-3 times during week, Saturday momring sweat, and Sunday AM Training Camp<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. What is your favorite part of fitness?<\/strong><br>\n5. My favorite part of fitness is definitely the feeling of accomplishment immediately following workout.<br>\n<strong>Your least favorite?<\/strong><br>\nMy least favorite part is the Assault bikes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. What is your next\/current fitness goal?<\/strong><br>\nI want to continue improving my strength and conditioning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. How has Burr Strength and Performance helped you on your fitness Journey?<\/strong><br>\nJoining Burr strength and performance has been a life changing experience. The team&rsquo;s guidance and encouragement have been key to helping me on my journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. What is your favorite class you take?<\/strong><br>\nMy favorite class to take is Training Camp. I love the constant challenge and variety of exercises each class brings<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
