Due to the nature of the weekends, a lot of the coaches use that time to refresh themselves and enjoy their time! We will be <strong>strictly&nbsp;<\/strong>enforcing the following rule: <em>Sign-Ups are required to happen by 9pm the night before. We also require 3 or more participants to sign-up for a class in order for it to be held. If there are not enough people signed up &ndash; it is up to the coach to either hold or cancel the class. If the class is cancelled, the coach will contact you directly.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The weekend AD is not an additional class for the members &ndash; it is another time frame to allow the students some flexibility or the ability to perform a make-up if missing the class during the week. It is a mixed MS\/HS group.
