They both push each other to live a healthy lifetsyle, to come in and workout and have lost a total of 35# combined while getting extremely strong and conditioned! What got you interested in fitness?<\/strong><br>\nMy husband&hellip; he always helps to push me to do things outside my Comfort Zone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. How do you find\/make time to get your workouts in?<\/strong><br>\nThe flexibility of your workout schedule makes it easy to find time. Each week for me is different.. so Sunday Nights I just plan my workout days for the week based on what I have going on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Do you have a\/any tip(s) for newer people who are just getting into workouts?<\/strong><br>\nTry out each class that is offered&hellip;. they all offer different things.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. What is your current workout routine?<\/strong><br>\n4-5 days a week. I mix it up TC, Kettlebells and Boxing and sometimes Bootcamp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. How do you find\/make time to get your workouts in?<\/strong><br>\nI work out in the morning. I find this is the best time for me because it does not interfere with household and kid responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Do you have a\/any tip(s) for newer people who are just getting into workouts?<\/strong><br>\nWork at your own pace. Focus on just you and not what the other people in class are doing. Don&rsquo;t get discouraged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>What is your current workout routine?<\/strong><br>\nMonday through Friday 4:30 AM to 6 AM Saturday 7 AM<br>\nTraining camp<br>\nBoot camp<br>\nKettle bells and boxing<br>\nHIIT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;What is your favorite part of fitness and least favorite?<br>\n<\/strong>How I feel when I&rsquo;m done working out. I&rsquo;m that much closer to my goal. Right now I can&rsquo;t say there&rsquo;s any thing I dislike about it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. What is your next\/current fitness goal?<\/strong><br>\nHit my target weight of 200 pounds and continue to build muscle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. How has Burr Strength and Performance helped you on your fitness Journey?<\/strong><br>\nJoey and Kelsey provide a variety of workouts and the motivation to keep you going. I really appreciate everything they&rsquo;ve done to help keep me on track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. What is your favorite class you take?<\/strong><br>\nTraining camp.
