Let&rsquo;s break it down.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Excellent core engagment. Notice how she is keeping her ribcage down towards her hips (BRACING), no excessive lower back arch. Fantastic lock out in the mid-section.<\/li>\n<li>She shoved her head through the window &ndash; the weight is directly overhead. Ideally she would be looking forward but this could be due to looking down to reset foot position (she is performing a complex).<\/li>\n<li>Wrist control is not ideal &ndash; notice the barbell is actually behind her wrist. Ideally we want our Knuckles to the sky &ndash; to minimize wrist damage\/failure.
