We are looking at making them go over our ring &lsquo;finger&rsquo; toe.<\/li>\n<li>It is OKAY for your knees to go over your toes AS LONG as your heels are flat!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your torso<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Keep it as vertical as possible! This will minimize stress on your lower back.<\/li>\n<li><em>There is such thing as low-bar squatting &ndash; this is for anything to do with a front loading.
