Joey posted his daily food- here&rsquo;s mine!<\/h5>\n<h5>Because of my schedule my eating\/supplement use is different on certain days<\/h5>\n<h5>mon\/wed\/fri<\/h5>\n<h5>5am: cup of coffee and a meal replacement protein shake with an extra scoop of whey protein a scoop of greens and some immune booster<\/h5>\n<h5>6am: workout 1 BCAAs during the workout<\/h5>\n<h5>7am: (post workout) 2 eggs and some turkey kielbasa<\/h5>\n<h5>10am: 1\/2 cup cottage cheese with a tiny bit of salsa on top<\/h5>\n<h5>1 or 2pm: i get really bored eating the same thing over and over so I typically make a big batch of either ground turkey or shredded chicken at the beginning of the week so then I&rsquo;m able to do different things with it: burrito (I use flat out brand for the wrap) or serve it with rice and veggies<\/h5>\n<h5>6pm: Isagenix slim cake and a natural energy shot<\/h5>\n<h5>730pm: workout 2 (most days) drink electrolite drink during workout<\/h5>\n<h5>9pm: (post workout) meal replacement protein shake- I usually add banana and peanut butter powder to this one<\/h5>\n<h5>Tue\/Thursday<\/h5>\n<h5>i workout at 5pm these days- the only difference in my schedule is I take a pre-workout nitric oxide supplement 2 hours prior to my workout as well as a energy pre workout supplement a half hour prior- BCAAs during the workout<\/h5>\n<h5>I also have cheat meals and beer! Mostly on the weekends!
