(10\/4-10\/10)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Barbell Rollout, into a Clean and Press - but from your knees!<\/p>\n<p><strong>3x [Roll Out, Clean and Press]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Rules:<\/strong><br>\n1. Must use a blue pad<br>\n2. You cannot rest between reps on the rollouts into the clean - it must be fluid.<br>\n3. Belly must get 'close' to the ground on the rollout.<br>\n4.
