Thank you for considering us as your new home!<\/p>\n<p>We are super flexible with your training! All of our trainers are trained to teach you the modifications YOU need based on limitations. If that doesn&rsquo;t work &ndash; contact me!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A few class descriptions!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bootcamp<\/span> &ndash; Heavy on Cardio and functional movements. No barbells.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Training Camp<\/span> &ndash; Heavy on lifting and functional movements and usually 10-15m of cardio. We do use barbells for the Strength Portion, never for conditioning. We can modify the barbell portion however to KB&rsquo;s or DB&rsquo;s if you prefer not to use the Barbell!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Boxing Bootcamp<\/span> &ndash; Bag Work and Bootcamp style conditioning!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kettlebell<\/span> &ndash; A strength based class &ndash; but don&rsquo;t be fooled; your heart rate will be high the entire class!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HIIT<\/span> &ndash; A Cardio based class based around intervals!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Training Camp LITE<\/span> &ndash; A class based around those who are the older population who need things slightly slower. If you want this membership, I will need to put you in contact with Kelsey as its a limited person class.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>We use an app called Trainerize to view the workouts in advance and\/or log! It&rsquo;s free to you &ndash; I pay for you! If you want access, please contact me!<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Our sweet deal with yall<\/h3>\n<p>6 months at $100 each month.
