I am numb – as most of us are. This is a scary time. But we are all stronger than this. We will overcome. I believe in each of you to do that. It is your duty. Be strong. Help others.<\/span><\/h1>\n

As ordered by the Governor – non essential businesses is to close – including fitness facilities. We will continue to operate online only for the time being and resume in-person training when we are allowed.<\/h3>\n

We are loaning out equipment to members to work out at home. We don’t have much and need to make sure it stretches across all members. We are loaning basically everything we have. I am planning on ordering more sandbags and kettlebells ASAP.<\/p>\n
