This bar is very shoulder friendly and will still hammer your pecs as well!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It works just like a regular bench press &ndash; tighten your upper back and pull your shoulders in, initiate foot drive, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Tuck your elbows hard during this variation.<\/li>\n<li>Be ready to fight the bar with your wrists and forearms.
