We needed to adjust for this, so these are our conditioning formats.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br>\n101<\/span><br>\n<\/strong>Geared towards new members with little to no experience, those with limitations and those who do Training Camp LITE. The movements are slightly less complex, less reps overall and a shorter duration. Our goal is to keep you here for 2-6 weeks before advancing you up to RX.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RX<\/span><br>\n<\/strong>Geared toward what 90% of our gym members can perform &ndash; this is our Official Conditioning of the Day that all the Bootcamps and Training Camps will perform. Some of the workouts are serious ass kickers. Others not so much. Regardless, they are fantastic and designed to challenge you physically, mentally as well as push your movement skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">+<\/span><br>\n<\/strong>We do have some members who want an extra challenge on the weights and skills.
