We have some bigs plans after our lease is up (i.e. 15-20k sqft facility with everything). The banks have already told us if we can continue this growth, we will have a loan &ndash; all thanks to you. Because of this, I have picked up my game. We are no longer just a place you workout. I want you to learn and excel &ndash; hence all the learning periods and new updates. Thank you to everyone who trains with us, helps us out on the side and recommends us to their friends.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>School Schedule<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Starting this week, (Monday the 20th) we will begin our school schedule as well as new schedule updates.<\/p>\n<p><b>Training Camp: Monday\/Wednesday will now begin at 5pm instead of 530pm.<br>\n<\/b>Meaning we will have two groups running (5-6 and 6-7). The class start will co-exist with our Athletic Development High Schoolers\/Advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Athletic Development: (High School\/Advance) 445-530<br>\n<\/strong>Breakdown of how the class will happen.<br>\n435 &ndash; show up early to warm-up\/mobility;<br>\n445 to 5 &ndash; SAQP (Speed\/agility\/quickness\/power)<br>\n5 to 510 &ndash; learning period on movements and form reinforcement<br>\n510 to 530 &ndash; Conditioning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Camp: Removal of our 3-4PM<br>\n<\/strong>Nobody has shown up for 3 weeks &ndash; we are removing it. It will be open gym time instead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Camp: 5am on Wednesdays<br>\n<\/strong>This is starting 8\/22 &ndash; interested but not a current TC member? Shoot me a message and we can set-up a trial.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Reminder on Specialty Training Camps<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>We offer a few speciality Training Camps as well!<\/p>\n<p><b>Olympic<br>\n<\/b>Tues\/Thurs 6am &amp; 7pm &ndash; Contact me to set up an intro class (required as the movements are technical)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strong(wo)man<br>\n<\/strong>Sunday at 630am &ndash; think moving tires, sandbags, carrying. This is a fun class. Open to men and women!<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Learning &ndash; a new block to our training programs<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>We have implemented a learning period into each class about some basic ideas on fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Last week we hit on Bracing from a Prone Position and a Hanging Position. This week we are working on Belly Breathing and Recovery Breathing.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Training Camp Main Lifts<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>We are maxing out currently in our Training Camp Classes &ndash; we have worked on, for the past 6 weeks, specific movements. Let&rsquo;s see what you got!<\/p>\n<p>Once we finish maxing out, we will go into a recovery phase for a week to learn the new movements then hit it hard for another 6 weeks.
