Going through Dulles airport this morning I was the ONLY one who took the stairs vs the escalator! Don&rsquo;t get me wrong if I&rsquo;m super tired I&rsquo;ll take the escalator but most of the time I&rsquo;ll take the stairs. I wonder if using the escalator is just what most people do so others follow along? Let&rsquo;s change that! It&rsquo;s the little things that count!<br>\nI&rsquo;ll be back Tuesday- Gina will be covering for my Monday HIIT as well as TCL.
