He moved to Purcellville right before 6th grade and post college, moved back to the area to work in several gyms within the county before opening Burr Strength and Performance Halloween 2017. We spend 40-50min using barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, sandbags and more with the goal of increasing your lean muscle mass! We wrap up the session with a 10-15min anaerobic conditioning for overall General Physical Preparedness.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">BOOTCAMP (T\/TH\/S\/S)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bootcamp is exactly what it sounds like - a lot of movement using everything in the gym (except barbells). Our goal here is to keep your heart rate elevated while challenging your body with movements that will spark new growth!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">HIIT (F 5a\/6a\/430p)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Interval training at a high intensity! A shorter workout, but you'll scorch calories and leave soaked with sweat!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">OPEN GYM (CLOSED HOURS)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">You can use the gym during specified hours for your own use. We also offer Private Open Gym during certain hours to use as if it was your own home gym! Just you (and a friend\/spouse\/etc if you wish) and only you training!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">ONE ON ONE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We offer one on ones for athletics, boxing, fitness, weight loss, strength training and more! Rates vary trainer to trainer.
