Traveling for a few days? Need some workout ideas? Try the following ideas!

 

Choose something exhausting and just kick your ass as fast as possible.

Example: 100 Burpees for time

Example: Run 1/2 Mile, 100 Jump Squats, 100 Situps, Run 1/2 Mile


Tabata Workouts: 20s:10s x8 (Work:Rest).

Choose 4 exercises, then perform 8 rounds of 20:10 of the same exercise. Then Rest 1 Minute and move onto the next exercise.


Suitcase Workouts – Got a heavy suitcase? Use it to your advantage. Do 3x30s of each! Or make up your own!

  1. Bear Hug Squat
  2. Floor Press
  3. Deadlift
  4. Overhead Press

Staying in a tall hotel? Run the stairs a few times!


Bring bands or a TRX and do some movements!


AMRAP: Pick 2-4 exercises and do as many rounds as you can in 10-20m!

Example: Amrap 15 –> 10 Burpees, 100m Run, 10 Curb Hops.


Rounds: Pick 2-4 exercises and do a set amount of rounds as fast as you can!

Example: 10 Rounds –> 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Band Rows, Run 100m.


EMOTM: Pick 1-2 Movements and perform them every minute on the minute for a set time.

Example: EMOTM 10 — > Sprint 100m.
